Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed or a grooming appointment is confirmed.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as courier delays or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Grooming Services & Bookings
Grooming appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment; late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a grooming service if a pet shows signs of aggression, illness, or distress that could put our staff or the animal at risk.
Returns & Refunds
